Since using Add Seal I haven’t had to rely on my tyre fitter to get my vehicles moving after suffering a puncture. Thanks to Add Seal’s capabilities my fleet stays on the move which saves me time and most importantly money.
We are a sawmill and treatment plant, but are also involved in waste and recycling. Punctures used to stop our production but since using Add Seal our operation runs smoothly.
We manage a great deal of waste for Impetus Waste Management with vehicles going on and off road daily, punctures were a huge problem. We had considered using a sealant and asked our tyre contractor what they thought and whether they would fit the product for us for assessment. It’s working and we’re still using it and expect to do so for the foreseeable future.
We tested Add Seal and it was effective so we’ve fitted it to all our vehicles. We monitor the results carefully and noticed that using the product has prevented downtime and repair costs. We intend to continue using it.
As our site is a closed landfill, Gas field and inert recycling centre we get a lot of punctures from reinforcing bars, lumps of concrete and other hidden objects. Since we have been using Add Seal from Late September 2014 I have not needed to call out tyre companies for tyre repairs and we are saving £300.00 per month plus down time from our own staff.
We haven’t had a puncture since using Add Seal. I decided to use it to avoid the expense of solid fill tyres. It does exactly what it says on the drum.
Add Seal has been excellent, since it’s been installed we have not had to pump our tyres up every morning or repair punctures. We check our tyre pressures once a week and no problem. The lads are pleased with it and overall I have saved money. Anyone that uses Add Seal will not be disappointed.
The quality of Add Seal is of such high standard that productivity has improved and downtime has been reduced. I will definitely keep on using it.
In January this year we tested the Add Seal compound in our RCV’s as we put most of our waste onto land fill. The majority of our problems are caused by punctures picked up on these sites and with call out charges and down time it was an ever increasing burden on our budget. Since using Add Seal the number of on site punctures has reduced. As such we are now in the process of ordering enough product to service the whole fleet.
I installed Add Seal 7 months ago into a troublesome JCB front loader, I haven’t had to deal with a puncture since. If you don’t already use Add Seal I recommend that you do.
